Arcofire supplies, installs and services complete fire pump systems from leading European and international manufacturers, selected and certified to match each project's requirements - EN 12845, FM Approved and VdS certified equipment is available depending on the application and market.

Fire Pump Set Configurations A fire pump set for a sprinkler, hydrant or hose reel system consists of one or more main pumps plus a small jockey pump that maintains standing system pressure between demands. Available configurations include: • Electric + Jockey (E+EJ) - a single electric main pump with jockey pump, for systems with a reliable mains power supply • Electric + Diesel + Jockey (E+DJ) - an electric main pump with a diesel standby pump and jockey pump, providing continued protection during a power failure • Diesel + Diesel + Jockey (D+DJ) - two diesel pumps (duty and standby) with jockey pump, for sites without a reliable electrical supply • Jockey pump only - a standalone pressure-maintenance pump for smaller systems or as an addition to an existing installation

Each configuration is built on a common base frame with epoxy-coated pipework, non-return and isolation valves, pressure switches, and a dedicated control panel for each pump (electric, diesel and jockey control are switched and monitored separately). Diesel pump sets include an onboard fuel tank sized for several hours of autonomous running, dual battery starting, and engine monitoring (oil pressure, coolant temperature, speed).

Typical performance range: flow from around 10 m3/h up to 750 m3/h, heads up to approximately 130 m, working pressures of 10 or 16 bar, with connection sizes from DN50 up to DN250 depending on the pump selected.

Multistage Water Mist Pump Systems For low-pressure water mist fire suppression (EN 14972), Arcofire supplies dedicated multistage pump sets for local application and total flooding. Pump sets are built with 1 to 4 (or more) parallel multistage pump units in an N+1 redundant arrangement, each with its own integrated frequency converter for load-sensitive pressure control - so that if one pump fails, the remaining pumps automatically maintain full system capacity. Required flow and pressure are calculated individually for each project.

Standards and Approvals EN 12845 (automatic sprinkler systems - water supplies) - EN 14972 (water mist systems) - FM Approved - VdS certified - NFPA 20, where required for international projects

Services Arcofire provides full-cycle fire pump services: system design and pump selection, supply, on-site installation and commissioning, and ongoing maintenance and testing to keep the system's certification valid.
