FireLite® is Arcofire's own registered pipe brand for above-ground automatic sprinkler installations designed to EN 12845, produced to order to EN 10217-1 (production standard) and EN 10220 / DIN 2458 / ISO 4200 range D (dimension standard), from P235TR1 steel (220 N/mm2 at 20 degC), with 3.1 or 2.1 material certification to EN 10204.

FireLite pipe is supplied in two finishes:

Epoxy coated (TECHNOCOAT) - grooved ends, DN25 to DN250. Sandblasted to SA 2.5 and powder coated with flex-epoxy TECHNOCOAT, average 120 micron (minimum 80 micron), standard grey RAL 7012 with other RAL colours available on request. Working temperature 0-100 degC.

Hot-dip galvanized - available in two end types: - Grooved ends, DN25 to DN250, galvanized to EN 10240 in an automatic plant - Plain ends, DN15 to DN80 (to EN 10255), for threaded or welded branch pipework in smaller sizes

Ambient temperature range for galvanized pipe is -30 degC (dry pipe systems) to +50 degC.

All pipe is supplied in standard 6 metre lengths, joined by grooved mechanical couplings (grooved-end pipe) or threaded fittings and welding (plain-end pipe), with the full range of fittings, hangers and supports needed for a complete sprinkler pipework installation.

Approvals: Quality Assurance System in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, Annex I Section 4.3, and AD 2000-Merkblatt W0 / TUV 89/106 EEC. Pipe from DN125 to DN200 is hydraulically tested; all pipe is ultrasound tested and visually inspected on the production line.
