Arcofire supplies automatic sprinklers from the world's leading sprinkler manufacturers, selected to match each project's hazard classification, coverage area and aesthetic requirements, tested and approved to EN 12259-1.

Sprinkler Types • Pendent - mounted hanging down from the pipe, the most common type for suspended-ceiling applications • Upright - mounted pointing upward, typically used on exposed pipework in industrial and warehouse areas • Sidewall - mounted on a wall with a directional throw pattern, for corridors and rooms where ceiling installation is impractical • Concealed / recessed - flush with the ceiling behind a cover plate that drops away at activation temperature, for offices, hotels and other finished interiors • Dry pendent / dry upright - for dry-pipe systems where the sprinkler extends into an unheated or freezer space while the supply pipe remains in a heated area • ESFR (Early Suppression Fast Response) - high-flow, fast-reacting sprinklers for high-challenge storage occupancies

Temperature Rating and Response Sprinklers are colour-coded by activation temperature (57-77 degC, 79-107 degC, 121-149 degC, 163-191 degC, 204-246 degC and higher) and classified by response type - standard response (SR) or quick response (QR) - and by K-factor (nominal discharge coefficient), commonly ranging from K57 up to K360 depending on the hazard class and required flow.

Accessories Sprinkler wrenches for installation without contacting the heat-sensitive element, sprinkler guards/cages to protect heads in areas at risk of mechanical damage, escutcheon plates and cover plates for recessed and concealed types, and spare sprinkler head cabinets (stocked with the correct temperature ratings and a sprinkler wrench, as required by EN 12845 for ongoing maintenance).
