VID Fire-Kill water spray nozzles provide open, continuous water-spray protection against hydrocarbon fires on installations such as off-shore platforms, transformers and refineries. High-velocity Type HS nozzles distribute water in relatively large droplets, making the spray less sensitive to windy conditions; medium-velocity Type MS nozzles are a vital part of deluge systems protecting plant structures and machinery against fires involving flammable liquids and solids. Both types are FM Approved.
